BONDI BLITZ 2014

Dress in your best safari gear for this years Bondi Blitz music festival on Sunday 13 April.

Bondi Blitz is a free outdoor all ages live music festival and an official event of National Youth Week, taking place in Dolphin Park (by the Pavilion) 11:00am-5:30pm

Headlining Blitz is THE NEVER EVER; synth meets power-pop sound that has teenagers frolicking for more. They have supported international heavyweights Simple Plan and Yellowcard, and domestic artists Owl Eyes and Sneaky Sound System. Hailed by Sydney's Daily Telegraph as one of the bands fuelling the explosion of the teen music market in Australia.

Joining The Never Ever are female fronted melodic popcore band THE SWEET APES, infectious alt rock band FAR AWAY STABLES, infamously energetic rock band SOUND OF SEASONS, and the ever passionate pop rock band BREAKAWAY. Rounding off the 2014 line up are POLARIS, AUROX, JUSTICE FOR THE DAMNED, SKYON, and DREAM IN COLOUR.

Boobathon - Breast Cancer Fundraiser

What would you do if your sister was terminally ill? Samuel Johnson’s sister Connie is dying of breast cancer so he set out on an epic challenge to ride around Australia on a unicycle!

To help Samuel raise a million dollars for breast cancer research, we'll be supporting the first ever Boobathon event on Saturday 12 April.

We've donated one of our Ladies Beach Cruisers and wicker baskets to be raffled on the day along with some other amazing prizes. The event is being held from noon - 5pm in and around the Erskinville Hotel with lots of entertainment for the kiddies including a petting zoo and face painting, Superhero Wrestlers, dog and owner beauty contests, quirky stalls and plenty more.

Samuel will be there as MC, and as the sun begins to go down (around 6pm) the event will move inside the beautiful Art Deco pub and begin the biggest charity auction Erskineville has ever seen!

Festival of the Winds 2013

It's almost that time of year again when the wind picks up and the kites come out.

Come down to Bondi Beach on Sunday 8 September to celebrate the magic creativity and skill involved with making and flying kites. The event promises to be a feast for the senses with an exciting array of demonstrations, music, dance, performance and multicultural food stalls.
