City of Sydney Cycle Courses

The City of Sydney is commited to making Sydney a cycling City.

At the heart of this commitment is $76 million allocated over the next four years to build an effective 200km cycleway network, including 55km of separated cycleways. We want to make cycling a real transport alternative that will reduce road congestion, cut emissions and improve public health.

To further encourage people to take up cycling as a safe, sustainable and convenient transport option the City also offers a series of FREE courses to assist people to cycle safely:

He will be filming his latest short documentary for You Tube this weekend, to get involved head to the facebook event page for all the details.

Bondi Markets

Established in 1993, the Bondi Markets are open every Sunday in the wonderful, beachfront grounds of Bondi Beach Public School.

Come to the Markets and you’ll find original designer clothing, exotic imports, hand made jewellery, arts, crafts, homewares, retro furniture, vintage clothes and so much more.

Bondi Markets are the place to find the next big thing. Keep your eye out for up and coming designers. Mix it with the locals and shop to the sights & sounds of Australia’s most famous beach.

Bicycle Film Festival Trailer

Sydney Bicycle Film Festival

The Bicycle Film Festival encompasses all things cycling and is this year celebrating its 10th anniversary!
We are into all styles of bikes and biking. If you can name it — Tall Bike Jousting, Track Bikes, BMX, Alleycats, Critical Mass, Bike Polo, Cycling Girl Gangs, Cycling to Recumbents — we've probably either ridden or screened it. What better way to celebrate these lifestyles than through art, film, music and performance??

This year the Sydney Bicycle Film Festival brings together all aspects of bicycling to advocate its ability to transport us in many ways. With an amazing program of films and a bike basket full of art and cultural events, this year's festival is going to be unreal!!
